There is a general API used for any analysis. This API allows to set input data as name-value pairs, and to get results back again as name-value pairs. The existing names are also available from this API.
There is also a set of analysis-specific APIs that contain type-safe methods for setting and getting data. The number of classes described by this API depends on the service provider (here it shows what is available in the experimental service at EBI).
