Usage: run/run-factory-client -h[elp] run/run-factory-client [optioins] or run/run-list -h[elp] run/run-list [optioins] or . run/source.me.sh java FactoryClient -h[elp] java FactoryClient [options] where are: Where is the Factory Service located: -l ... host name (default: localhost) -p ... port number (defaullt: 8080) -s ... name of a service providing the list (default: AnalysisFactory) (useful one: GowlabFactory) -gowlab ... the same as: -s GowlabFactory -applab ... the same as: -s AnalysisFactory -e ... the service URL (an endpoint), but without the service name - the service name (given by the -s option, or the default one) is added automatically (e.g. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/services) -ee ... a full service URL, nothing is magically added, not even service-name from the -s option (e.g. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/services/AnalysisFactory) What to ask Factory Service for: -a ... print all available services -c ... print all available categories -category ... print all service available in category -u ... print URL of service
